Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not, we offer a 15-day return window beginning from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging and you will be required to provide proof of purchase. All returns must first be approved by us, and any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued only once the returned item has been received and inspected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method, although it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction. Items under $19 are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method and will instead be refunded in the form of store credit (gift card). If a product is not returned, a refund cannot be issued under any circumstances.
Exchanges are processed once we receive and approve your return, at which point we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost. Order cancellations may be requested as soon as possible after purchase; however, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return procedure outlined above.
It is important to note that customers must make a good-faith effort to contact us and resolve any issues directly before requesting a refund or filing a dispute. Failure to return merchandise or to follow the return procedure will result in the denial of a refund.
